Role Description:
This is a part-time on-site position for a Licensed Massage Therapist. Located in Middleburg, VA, we are looking for a reliable and experienced therapist to join our healthcare team. As a Licensed Massage Therapist, you will help clients achieve relaxation and pain relief through various therapeutic massage techniques. You will work closely with clients to assess their needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and ensure a high-quality and comfortable experience. The clinic provides all supplies, maintains scheduling, and processes all billing. Competitive contract percentage with bonus structure.
Qualifications:
A valid and current Virginia license to practice massage therapy in the state of Virginia; current massage practice insurance; excellent knowledge of the human body, muscular and skeletal systems, and common massage techniques; demonstrated experience in providing therapeutic, deep tissue, and sports massages, as well as other specialized forms of massage therapy; capability to follow detailed client histories and notes to ensure personalized and effective treatments; able to collaborate with healthcare colleagues within the organization and with the clinic’s network of healthcare professionals; ability to communicate effectively and respectfully with clients and colleagues from diverse backgrounds; commitment to maintaining confidentiality and following ethical and professional standards of conduct; ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
